for HR tasks at our Zug location. In this multifaceted role you’ll be responsible for all operational human resource matters, reporting directly to the CFO. You will assist management in your area of expertise and ensure smooth and efficient administration of personnel.
You should have a practical day-to-day familiarity with all HR processes, from onboarding to offboarding. You will use idiomatic German and very good English proficiency to quickly develop robust internal and external relationships. You will provide efficient and professional HR services and will initiate, prioritize and coordinate HR activities, applying an entrepreneurial, skillful and service-oriented way of thinking and acting.
To succeed in this newly created position, you should have several years of professional experience in operational human resources. Your dedication and talent for coordination should be complemented by organized, independent and methodical work habits.
Candidates should have completed a commercial apprenticeship and/or continuing education in business administration or a university degree, together with specialized continuing education in human resources (HR specialist training). As a solution-oriented person, you know how to remain calm even in hectic, demanding situations. You deal with personnel-related issues clearly and at the appropriate level. You have already demonstrated an ability to engage in systems and entrepreneurial thinking for several years in a similar role.
Flexibility, enthusiasm and a healthy drive to advance the business are as much a part of your personality as team spirit and innovative ideas for pragmatically implementing and putting strategy into practical operation. In this context your focus is on optimizing and computerizing procedures and processes for lean, efficient HR operations. You also take pleasure in demonstrating proactive work habits and broad expertise in your field.
