To further develop the positioning of Bitcoin Suisse in a highly vibrant and interesting market environment, we are looking for a Middle Office Specialist, based in Zug, Switzerland.

Your Tasks may include: 

  • Developing and updating of process descriptions
  • Management of crypto custody setup
  • Processing of client payment orders in crypto and fiat
  • Reconciliation of trading and payments orders
  • Supporting Account Managers, Traders and Developers
  • Work on projects for front-applications and booking system and testing thereof for releases
  • Reporting tasks for Management, Audits, Finance Department etc.
  • Ensure Risk and Legal requirements in processes
  • Transaction monitoring for AML purposes

Relevant for the position:

  • Experience in the financial sector and Middle Office (bank, insurance, financial service provider)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Jira
  • Experience in working on projects
  • Dedicated and responsible personality with strong team-player attitude
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative and stay calm in hectic situations
  • Creativity in finding solutions and providing hands-on results
  • Fluency in German and English (verbal and written)
